Shipping, Cancellation, and Return Policy

Domestic Shipping

• Free Shipping anywhere in India.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Orders placed before 1:00 PM on a business day are usually shipped the same day (subject to payment confirmation, security checks, and stock availability).
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM are shipped the next business day.
• Orders received on Sundays or holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
• During peak/holiday seasons, processing and shipping may take longer.

Delivery Limitations:

• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
• Rural addresses may take additional days for delivery.
• Orders requiring engraving/customization will be shipped within 10 working days.

International Shipping

• International shipping charges are included in the product retail price when the website is accessed through an International IP address.
• Orders are shipped via India Post Priority Airmail or DHL (depending on delivery network).
• Transit time: Approximately 4–15 working days (Monday–Saturday), depending on destination.
• International delivery timelines are subject to customs clearance and cannot be guaranteed.

Customs & Duties:

• Import duties, taxes, or VAT may apply depending on the destination country.
• These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.
• In case of refusal, either the cost of goods or return shipping costs will be deducted.

Tracking:

• Customers receive an email with tracking details once the order is dispatched.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation by User

• Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order (a 4% bank charge will apply).
• Orders can only be cancelled if the order status is still showing as “Pending”.
• Cancellations must be requested by emailing our Customer Support with your Order Number.

General Rule:

• If an order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
• www.sanchatea.com reserves the right to accept or reject any cancellation requests.

Gift Certificates:

• Gift Certificates cannot be cancelled.
• Users may request extension of expiry date within 3 days of purchase.

Cancellation by Company

www.sanchatea.com reserves the right to cancel orders in cases such as:
o Incorrect pricing
o Stock unavailability
o Any unforeseen issue
• In such cases, 100% refund will be issued.
