Sancha Teas are sourced fresh from all 5 tea growing regions in India (Darjeeling, Assam, Sikkim, Kangra & the Nilgiris) as well as some famous tea growing regions in China & Japan

All Sancha Teas come with a brewing guide mini booklet that
can be found inside our tin caddies & original packs when the packet is
opened.

At Sancha, we are extremely conscious about the ingredients
we use in our tea blends and all our teas are proudly all natual.  We do not use any artificial flavours like
other tea brands and our teas are sustainably grown.

All Sancha Teas are grown as per strict European Union Standards and certified by the Tea Board of India. Some teas are certified Organic and the Certified Organic logo will be displayed on products that are claimed to be Organic.

All our gift boxes come adorned with a gift ribbon and a bow. We also include a printed gift carry bag with every gift box order. If a client has a special request in respect to gift wrapping, the client can request us over WhatsApp Support on our website and we shall do our best to fulfil the customers request which could be in the form of adding a message to the gift.

100gm of Black Tea & Masala Chai will make 50 cups of tea, whilst 100gms of Green Tea, Oolong Tea & White Tea will make 100 cups of tea (even 300 if the same tea leaves are re-used 3 times over)

Green Teas are different from Herbal Teas. Green Teas are made using leaves that are plucked from a tea tree called ‘Camellia Sinensis’
whilst Herbal Teas do not contain any tea leaves. Herbal Teas are blends of herbs, spices and flowers.

Darjeeling Tea from the Himalayas is harvested in 4 seasons of the year. Spring, Summer, Monsoon & Autumn.  We at Sancha offer the best of Spring also known as First Flush Tea, the finest from Summer which is also known as Second
Flush Tea & the gorgeous Autumnal Teas. All the three Seasons of Darjeeling offer unique aromas and flavour that is attributable to the change in climate, rainfall, weather & temperature during each unique season.

First Flush Darjeeling Tea is the most prized tea in the world. At Sancha, we offer the finest of the finest under our signature
Presidents Tea of Darjeeling Selection. The First Flush Tea from Spring season is the first plucking of the year and it comes after a long wait of almost 4-5 months. From November- March the temperatures in Darjeeling drop drastically leading to the tea bushes/tree going into hibernation and its only during the warmer month of March that the tea bushes start to produce new tea leaves.

Tea contains small and moderate amounts of caffeine and this
occurs naturally in tea.

For those who may be caffeine intolerant after a certain hour may consider caffeine free herbal teas so that they can enjoy a hot beverage even post 7pm in the evening or even prior to bedtime.

Teas with caffeine are great because they will help you overcome drowsiness and the theanine which comes packaged with the caffeine in tea will keep your mind focused and alert.

details) will once again be sent to your email address/mobile device vide sms.

Ordering online will offer you the convenience of having our teas door delivered to your home/office in 1-5 days and that also facilitated
through a secure digital payment.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
